TERMS & CONDITIONS Product Orders are subject to our terms and conditions of order. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not place an order with us. Confidentiality & Credit Card Payments We assure you of our discretion and respect your privacy. Your credit card statement will show all orders as "UK Distribution". Prices & Availability Prices are subject to change without notice. Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website and prices displayed. Delivery Delivery within the UK is Free. (Mainland Only) Europe add £1.30 per item and Worldwide add £3.85 per item. Orders placed before 2pm will be sent same day Cancellations & Returns We want you to be really pleased with your purchase and if you are unhappy in any way you should let us know.. Notice Of Cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract to purchase the goods if you wish. This right can be exercised by sending a written notice of cancellation to us, whose address is set out below within the period of 14 days following the making of this contract. If you cancel this contract any sum paid by you or on your behalf shall become repayable to you. If you have received goods under this contract you must return those goods to us and must take reasonable care of them. Products Damaged On Arrival We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified in writing or email within 5 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the damaged item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us. Out Of Stock Orders We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out, in which case we will advise you. If the product is due in our warehouse within 10 days we will hold your order and supply the product requested. If the product is not due within that time, or is unavailable for any reason, we will offer you alternative products to an equal or greater value (with no additional charge), or a full refund. Shipping All mainland UK orders are posted free. Europe add £1.30 per item. Rest of world add £3.85 per item. For larger orders email and we will give you a competitive quote.
